ABS veroorzaakt bijvoorbeeld nauwelijks snaarvorming, maar PET-G wel. De samenstelling van het materiaal is ook van invloed, dus de mate van slierten kan per merk filament verschillen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Instelling terugtrekken<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-weight: normal;\">Het is mogelijk om de terugtrekinstelling te activeren in de snijplaksoftware. Deze functie zorgt ervoor dat het filament wordt teruggetrokken in de spuitmond voordat de printkop naar een ander deel van het product gaat. Met veegmondstuk veegt de printer het laatste beetje vloeibaar materiaal op het model voordat het filament wordt ingetrokken en de printkop naar de volgende locatie wordt verplaatst. Op deze manier worden draden nog verder geminimaliseerd.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Temperatuur<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Als het filament na het intrekken nog steeds sijpelt, is de printtemperatuur mogelijk te hoog ingesteld. Het materiaal wordt dan erg vloeibaar, waardoor terugtrekken moeilijker wordt. Controleer de instellingen bij je filamentleverancier en pas indien nodig de temperatuur aan.<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>bewegingssnelheid<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Hoe groter de afstand tussen twee punten in het model, hoe moeilijker het is om het filament in de spuitmond te houden. Daarom raden we voor een model met grote tussenruimtes aan om de bewegingssnelheid iets te verhogen. De bewegingssnelheid is niet hetzelfde als de afdruksnelheid, omdat het de beweging tussen afdrukpunten is. Merk op dat de snelheid ook niet te hoog moet worden ingesteld, omdat de pinhead dan kan doorschieten, waardoor verschuivingen in het model kunnen ontstaan. Vind dus de juiste balans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Is het product nog steeds niet perfect?
